Sustainable Sudbury Movie Night: The Economics of Happiness

The Economics of Happiness explores “going local” as a strategy to help repair our ecosystems, our societies and our selves. Communities are coming together to re-build, based on a localized economy. The film restores our faith in humanity and challenges us to believe that it is possible to build a better world.

The new Assabet River NWR Visitor Center on Hudson Road in Sudbury, is located just 3 miles west of Sudbury Center.  The visitor’s center and refuge are a great addition to our local community as a place for recreation and environmental education. It’s also a showcase of eco-friendly building with many green features including geothermal energy for heating and cooling and solar panels for electricity.

Please feel free to stay for a discussion and refreshments after the movie
