Tanglewood Marionettes performing Sleeping Beauty at Curtis Middle School

Sudbury Cooperative Preschool will present Sleeping Beauty performed by the Tanglewood Marionettes at the Curtis Middle School on Thursday at 10 a.m. 

Schools will be closed in observance of Veteran's Day.

A classic tale which appeals to children of all ages, "Sleeping Beauty" begins in King Felix's great hall for the christening of Princess Aurora.  The party goes awry when the wicked witch arrives and curses Princess Aurora.

In this retelling, a painted story book opens to reveal each scene. Following the performance, crafts and nut-free refreshments will be available.

Tickets are $10 per person with children 2 years old and younger sitting on an adult lap admitted free.  Tickets are available in advance at sudburycoop.org and at Sudbury Farms in Sudbury. All proceeds benefit the Sudbury Cooperative Preschool.
