Final Day To File For Sudbury 2023 Election: Who's In, Who's Not

SUDBURY, MA — Sudbury's 2023 election is nearly buttoned up.

The last day to pull papers to run in 2023 races was Wednesday. Candidates have until Friday afternoon to return papers with requisite signatures to actually get on the ballot.

As of Wednesday morning, many candidates had pulled and returned papers to the town clerk, all but ensuring that there will be contests for seats on the Sudbury Select Board, Sudbury Planning Board, Lincoln-Sudbury School Committee and the Goodnow Library Trustees.

Here are the candidates who pulled papers before the Wednesday deadline, according to the League of Women Voters of Sudbury. An asterisk (*) indicates that a candidate has returned nomination papers for certification, and an (i) indicates an incumbent.
