Fitchburg, Framingham Men Arrested on Separate Warrants

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on April 22 resulted in the arrest of a Fitchburg man.

Just before 5 p.m., a responding officer pulled over Louis Perez, 33, of 163 Meadowbrook Lane, on Boston Post Road.

After the officer completed an investigation, Perez was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

The investigation also showed Perez had a warrant out for his arrest from Leominster. He was wanted to face charges of failure to appear for probation, driving without an inspection sticker and operating with a suspended license, according to Lt. Scott Nix.

Perez was released at 6:26 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 23.

Sudbury police made a second arrest less than an hour later.

At about 5:35 p.m., officers responded to an accident on Boston Post Road.

After responding officers completed an investigation, Levi Braga, of 12 Queens Way, Framingham, was arrested on a warrant out of Concord for failure to appear for jury duty, Nix said.

He was also cited in the accident for following too close and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Braga was released at 6:34 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on April 23.
