1. AWARENESS: Forum on Rail Trail

An open forum to discuss the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail will be held at the lower at 7:30 p.m. Members of the Rail Trail Conversion Advisory Committee and the Board of Selectmen invite you to join them. You are encouraged to bring questions and participate in the discussion. 

The Annual Town Election ballot and the 2012 Annual Town Meeting warrant will contain two non-binding questions concerning the Rail Trail, and this open forum will give you a chance to learn more about the issues in order to make an informed choice when it comes voting.

2. CLASSES & LECTURES: Safety workshop for parents

The , along with Sudbury SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council), will be holding a work shop for parents from 7-8:30 p.m. at the . The purpose of this event is to educate parents of special needs children on what to do in the event of an emergency. Topics to be covered include:

• How to properly use 911
• The information emergency personelle need
• Transporting patients to appropriate facilities
• The Fire Department's response to the emergency
• Fire and home safety with special education students

3. FAMILY: Read to Atticus the reading therapy dog
