Flags At Half-Staff For Fallen Firefighter Joseph Toscano
Flags are at half-staff on Wednesday for the fallen firefighter from Watertown.

MASSACHUSETTS — Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States Flag and the Commonwealth Flag be lowered to half-staff at all State Buildings from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, March 22, in honor of Firefighter Joseph Toscano of the Watertown Fire Department who died in the line of duty on Friday, March 17.
This gubernatorial order applies to:
- The main or administration building of each public institution of the Commonwealth, e.g. town and city halls
- Other state-owned or state-controlled buildings
- All state military installations
