Framingham Man Faces Multiple Motor Vehicle Charges in Sudbury
The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on March 18 resulted in the arrest of a Framingham man.
At about 9:07 p.m., Rafael R. Souza, 21, of 271 Beacon St., was pulled over on Nobscot Road.
After the responding officer completed an investigation, Souza was arrested and charged with:

- Reckless operation of a motor vehicle;
- Unlicensed operation fo a motor vehicle;
- Speeding;
- Marked lanes violation.
Souza was release at 10:13 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on March 19.
