Hearing for Sudbury Man Accused of Killing Parents Postponed
The court date for Mikhail Young has been postponed.

A hearing in Framingham District Court for defendant Mikhail Young, 24, of Sudbury, has been postponed, according to an announcement.
The Sudbury man is accused of killing his parents while they vacationed in the Caribbean and was arraigned on Tuesday.
Judge David Cunis ordered Mikhail Young, 24, of Sudbury, to be held without bail, after he was arraigned in Framingham District Court on a charge of Fugitive from Justice on a warrant.

This charge stems from the arrest warrant issued out of the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands Division of St. Thomas and St. John for the murder of the defendant’s parents, said the Middlesex district attorney.
Young is accused of stabbing his parents, 73-year-old Kenneth Young and 67-year-old wife Jane Young, 66, to death at their vacation home on Saturday.

Young is now scheduled to appear next in court for a hearing at 9 a.m., Thursday, May 14.
Last week, Young was arraigned in Framingham District Court on a charge of Fugitive from Justice on a Court Warrant. This charge stems from an arrest warrant issued out of the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands Division of St. Thomas and St. John for the murder of the defendant’s parents. .
The defendant is currently on probation out of Framingham District Court on a charge of indecent exposure. He is being held without bail pending a violation of probation. Both the fugitive case and the violation of probation case are scheduled for a status hearing on May 14.
