
HOPESudbury kicked off its annual backpack drive in partnership with First Parish of Sudbury on Aug. 7.
Continuing through Aug. 21, it is an effort to collect new backpacks and school supplies for schoolchildren who need it.
Collected items include pens, pencils, erasers, paper, rulers, notepads, markers, binders, tape, scissors, pencil cases, calculators, lunch boxes and a lot more.

Donations benefit Mary’s House, Sudbury school children and Bethany Hill.
Items can be dropped off at the Goodnow Library, Performing Arts Connection, Twisted Frozen Yogurt, Longfellow Children’s Center. The Flynn Building also accepts these donations through Sept. 30.
