HOPEsudbury's 21st Telethon Airs This Weekend
Watch locals perform during the telethon while raising money for the Sudbury community charity.

SUDBURY, MA — The 21st annual HOPEsudbury telethon will take place Saturday, showcasing the talents of local residents and raising money for local residents.
HOPEsudbury has been hosting annual telethons since the charity's founding in 2001. During each event, televised on SudburyTV, locals show off their skills singing, dancing, playing music and performing pet tricks.
At the same time, viewers can place bids on auction items. This year's telethon is aiming to raise $25,000 by auctioning off items like Bruins and Red Sox experiences, overnight stays in Boston hotels — and even a ride on a Sudbury fire truck during the July 4 parade.

Money raised during the event will mostly go to the HOPE Fund, a local pot of money that helps Sudbury residents during or after emergencies.
The 21st HOPEsudbury telethon will start at 3 p.m. Saturday on Sudbury TV (Comcast channel 8 or Verizon channel 31) and streaming on www.sudburytv.org. You can also see all the auction items on the HOPEsudbury website.
