How Many Level 2 or 3 Sex Offenders Live in Sudbury?
Level 2 and 3 sex offenders pose a moderate or high risk of reoffending, respectively, according to the state.

When Patch last reported on Sudbury’s sex offender list, in May of 2014, the town was home to two Level 2 sex offenders but zero Level 3 offenders are registered, according to the state Sex Offender Registry Board website.
Sudbury now shows zero offenders, according to the registry. That means no Level 2 or Level 3 sex offenders currently live or work in town.
Confirming with Sudbury Police, the department said there are two Level 2 offenders who currently work in the town. The law, however, required that Level 2 offenders who were classified prior to July 2013 did not have to register as an offender if working in a town. The 2 offenders have convictions that occurred in 1985 and 2011. There is also a Level 1 offender who lives in town.
