L-S Boys Swim Team Continues Win Streak with Victory Over Boston Latin
Freshman Jake Hogan captures 500-free.

The Lincoln-Sudbury boys swim and dive team traveled to The Murphy School in Dorchester last week to compete with Boston Latin and left with their win streak intact.
Sam Mackie won the 200 individual medley by a comfortable margin. Ryan Fleming won both the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle races. Freshman Tom Novick won the diving competition.
Freshman Jake Hogan won the 500-yard freestyle race. He made the sectional cut time in that race earlier this season. Sophomore Tom Edwards swam the 100-yard backstroke and came in first place. Ricky Billig followed and came in second with a time that qualifies him for the sectional meet as well.
Taylor Brown won the 100 breaststroke. In the final race, the 400 free relay, the team of Bryan Johnson, Mackie, Brown and Chris Wilkins came in first place.
"It's great to have meets like this and have everyone swimming fast to prepare us for our big meets ahead with St. John's Prep and Weston," Johnson said.
