Lincoln-Sudbury Finalizes Superintendent/Principal Hiring Process
School Committee Approves Contract and Readies for New Leadership

We are pleased to announce that Andrew Stephens has been selected as the new Superintendent/Principal of Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School. Following a comprehensive search process, the Lincoln Sudbury Regional School Committee has unanimously approved the contract agreement with Andrew Stephens, which will take effect on July 1, 2023.
Andrew Stephens comes to us with 36 years of experience in the education field, and has held various positions, including Principal with the Town of Hull District, Duxbury High School, and Lexington High School for six years. He holds a Education Doctorate in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning and Leadership from Northeastern University, His CAES in Education Administration from Boston College, and his MA in Education from Johnson State College, VT.

During the interview process, the Committee was impressed with Dr. Stephens’ proven track record of improving student achievement, building strong relationships with parents, students and staff, and providing effective leadership. Dr. Stephens has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing an excellent education for all students, and we are confident that he will continue to move our school district/school forward. In his new role, Dr. Stephens will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school district/school’s operations, including curriculum development, budget management, personnel management, and community relations.
