Lincoln-Sudbury HS Enters GBH Quiz Show As Wild Card

SUDBURY, MA — Lincoln-Sudbury High School will have a shot at winning the new season of GBH's "High School Quiz Show" beginning with a wildcard match in February.

LSHS will face off against Cambridge private school Buckingham, Browne & Nichols in the Feb. 5 wildcard match, kicking off season 13 of the quiz show. The winner of the match will go on to face Andover High School in the first round of a tournament on Feb. 19.

Lincoln-Sudbury last competed on the quiz show in 2016 and defeated Andover in the second round. Belmont defeated the LSHS team in the quarterfinal round that year.

Fifteen high schools from across the state will compete in the 2022 tournament with the two finalists going head-to-head on May 21.

The wildcard match begins at 6 p.m. on Feb. 5 on GBH 2 and on High School Quiz Show’s YouTube channel.
