Lincoln-Sudbury HS Will Compete On GBH's High School Quiz Show
The 13th season of "High School Quiz Show" premieres in February, with 17 local high schools competing.
SUDBURY, MA — Whiz kids from Lincoln-Sudbury High School will compete on the 13th season of the GBH series "High School Quiz Show," the station announced this week.
LSHS will be one of 17 teams to compete on season 13 of the show, which will premier on Feb. 5. The schools won spots in the competition after scoring highest in a recent qualifying event with 72 schools.
LSHS is one of two teams that will compete for a wildcard spot in the state championship contest. In season 12, Belmont High School won the title against Boston Latin.

"'High School Quiz Show' is a fast-paced, bracketed academic competition for teams of Massachusetts high school students, produced by GBH. Aside from 'Jeopardy!,' 'High School Quiz Show' is the most popular academic quiz show on American television," GBH said in a news release.
