Man From Natick, Wellesley, Arrested for Smoking Percocet in Sudbury Lot
The Sudbury PD supplied the following information. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Two men were arrested for possession of Percocet after police responded to a call of “suspicious persons” at an apartment complex.
Timothy Cole, 21, 86 Bacon Street of Natick and David Delingiandis, 25, 26 Dunedian Rd., Wellesley, were arrested and charged with possession of a Class B substance (Percocet).
Police said they believe the men (there was also a third from Natick who was not arrested) were in the process of smoking one of the pills when the detective approached the complex at 655 Boston Post Road in Sudbury.
