Marlborough Man Charged With Failure to Register as Sex Offender: Grand Jury Indictments

A man from Marlborough was charged with failing to register.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—District Attorney Marian Ryan handed down grand jury indictments this week.

John Handy, 50, of Marlborough, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender, subsequent offense.

Handy now appears on the Sex Offender Registry Board's sex offender list as a Level 3 offender living as a homeless person in Marlborough.

Handy (pictured) was convicted of 3 counts of aggravated rape in 1987, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry.
