Registration is is $25 and the first 200 participants will receive t-shirts. The Kids’ Mile is $10. Registration will go up to $30 and $15 on race day. The top 3 finishers in each age category will receive medals.

Each June, the Sudbury Education Association awards 4 or 5 scholarships to Lincoln-Sudbury graduating seniors. The SEA renamed the scholarship a few years ago in honor of Wally Bell, a much-loved fourth grade teacher who taught for many years at Haynes Elementary School. He had a great impact on decades of fourth graders due to his enthusiastic teaching style and kind spirit. This race is named in his honor, and proceeds go directly to the scholarship fund.
It is through the fundraising efforts of the Sudbury community that enables this scholarship fund to exist.

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or making a donation to the Wally Bell Scholarship fund directly, please contact Joe Dinmore at joe_dinmore@sudbury.k12.ma.us.
