Northborough Votes On Marijuana Moratorium, Town Budget, Preservation: Annual Town Meeting

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—Town residents will vote on 56 warrant articles at the 2017 Annual Town Meeting on Monday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m. at Algonquin Regional High School.

As with many other surrounding towns, Northborough is putting up to vote on whether to place a moratorium on the sale of recreational marijuana in the town. Also included on the warrant is the proposal of a $22 million dollar town budget, capital funds for a dump truck, funds for the DPW for road repairs and updates, to become a green community and pay the White Cliffs debt.
