Cosmopolitan Bath & Kitchen is currently seeking an individual 25-30 hours per week to assist in all phases of ordering product to fulfill customer orders.
Position Requirements:
-Knowledge of kitchen and bath industry is preferred but willing to train the right individual

-Computer Skills. Candidate must be comfortable using computers to process orders including researching product on websites. Quickbooks experience a plus.
-Attention to detail and good follow up skills.

-Ability to work in a team environment
Position Duties: Include but are not limited to the following
-Processing product orders using purchase orders. Verify lead times to ensure product is available at time of need.
-Following up on product order acknowledgements and checking for accuracy.
-Receiving physical deliveries of product and management of storage trailer. Individual should be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs comfortably.
-Processing paperwork in computer to receive product in inventory
-Ordering product literature
-Answering phones if no sales associate available
-Greeting customers in showroom if no sales associate is available
-Assisting in setting up of showroom displays as needed.
-Maintaining stock areas including the back room and storage trailer. Areas should be kept neat , clean and organized.
-Assisting with loading customer orders as needed.
