Police Arrest Indecent Exposure Suspect

SUDBURY, MA- Police arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a woman late last week.

At 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 police got a call about indecent exposure in the Sudbury Shaws parking lot. Officers talked to the woman who made the call- she said a man sitting in a car parked next to hers had his pants down and was touching himself in a sexual manner.

The woman told police the man didn't say or touch her and she drove away from him before calling police.

Amilcar Antonio Rivas-Rivera of Framingham, was arrested Friday evening by Sudbury Police Detectives in Framingham with the assistance of Framingham Police Detectives, after an aggressive investigation. He has been charged with one count of Open and Gross Lewdness and Lascivious Behavior

"Would like to thank the numerous law enforcement entities who assisted in identifying the suspect, particularly Detective Spencer of the Lincoln Police Department who developed the sketch allowing us to further the investigation as well as Framingham Police who assisted during the arrest," Sudbury Police Chief Scott Nix said.

Rivas-Rivera is being held $15,000 cash bail pending arraignment Monday in Framingham District Court.
