South Easton Man Faces Alcohol Charge in Sudbury

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A motor vehicle stop by the Sudbury Police Department on March 22 turned into an arrest for a South Easton man.

At about 4:11 p.m., Robert J. Foley, 53, of 301 Purchase St., was pulled over on Boston Post Road.

After the responding officer completed an investigation, Foley was arrested and charged with:

  • Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, subsequent offense;
  • Drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle;
  • Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license for chemical test refusal.

Foley was released at 7:11 p.m. and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Monday.

Manuel E. Troncoso, 49, of 411 Cadillac Drive, in Providence, R.I., was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on Maynard Road on a warrant.

According to Lt. Scott Nix, the warrant was from Framingham District Court for a charge of threatening to commit a crime.

He was held on $500 cash bail and was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court on Monday.
