Special Town Meeting to Vote on Meadow Walk Development

Sudbury voters will decide whether to approve an overlay district for a mixed use development.

SUDBURY, MA—In June, Sudbury will vote in a Special Town Meeting on an overlay district on Route 20 that would allow for a mixed use Meadow Walk Development.

The meeting, scheduled for June 13, at 7 p.m. at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional Technical High School, gives residents an opportunity to vote on the district that would allow for building on the former Raytheon property.

The zoning change would expand on limited industrial zoning that would allow for age-restricted housing, restaurants and other developments, reports MetroWest Daily News.
