Sudbury-Area Photographers Will Show Work At Goodnow
The exhibit starting June 2 will showcase work by the Gateway Camera Club.

SUDBURY, MA — A group of local photographers will show off their work at the Goodnow Library starting Thursday. The exhibit will feature images made by Gateway Camera Club members, and will be on view through June 30.

Goodnow Library is pleased to invite the community to attend an art exhibit and reception showcasing local photographers during the month of June.

The Gateway Camera Club will be presenting a photography exhibit from June 2 to 30, in the McQueen Gallery and the Community Room of the Library, 21 Concord Road. The artists' reception will be held June 8 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room.
The exhibit will feature the work of 17 local photographers with varying interests from all levels of photography, including artists who have been recognized by numerous organizations for their excellence.

The presentation will include nature and landscape photography of various subjects from both local and non-local artists, as well as some creative submissions.
Those who attend are asked to sign the guest book after viewing the exhibit, to provide thoughts and feedback.
About the Gateway Camera Club
The Gateway Camera Club (GCC) is a non-profit organization that is made up of beginner, intermediate, and advanced amateur photographers.
The GCC was founded in 1962 by a professional photographer by the name of Art Jacques. Gateway has gone from being a club made up entirely of slide photographers and print makers to a club that is made up entirely of digital photographers. Gateway Camera Club has been at the forefront of digital photography, being the first club in the area to devote one meeting per month to the education of digital photography and post- processing.
