
The Sudbury Police Department responded to a call about a suspicious person Sunday morning on Wayside Inn Road.
After the responding officer arrived and completed an investigation, Gary Pillion, 55, of Bent Road in Sudbury, was arrested at about 8 a.m. on a default warrant.
According to Sudbury police, the warrant stated Pillion failed to show up in court to face three charges:

- leaving the scene of an accident
- negligent opperation of a motor vehicle
- state highway violation.
Pillion was transported to Framingham District Court Monday morning for his arraignment.

Sudbury police also responded to a call Sunday regarding mailbox vandalism on Tippling Rock Road.
Over the weekend, Sudbury police also issued 23 citations for various motor vehicle violations.
