Sudbury Police, Fire Departments Investigating Suspicious Fire
The following information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

Residents on Great Lake Drive awoke a fellow homeowner early Tuesday morning to alert him his car was on fire.
According to Police Lt. Robert Grady, the car was parked in front of the home when the fire started at about 5:55 a.m.
Some of the neighbors attempted to put out the fire before the arrived. Firefighters ultimately put out the blaze.

Grady said during an initial investigation the origin of the fire led officials to believe it was suspicious in nature.

In other police news from Tuesday:
- A construction worker on Hudson Road was transported to UMass Trauma Center in Worcester after he fell 20 feet from a ladder. A med-flight was originally called to assist in the transportation, but was called off as he was taken by ambulance. The nature of the injuries and condition of the worker were not known as of Wednesday afternoon.
- Officers responded to a two-car accident on Great Road. There were no injuries reported. A 2-year-old who was in one of the cars was checked out as a precaution. Both cars were towed.
