SUDBURY, MA — With four contested races, Sudbury residents chose their candidates in the annual town election held on Monday, March 28.

There were 1,978 ballots cast, representing 16 percent of the town's 12,334 registered voters.

  • WINNER: Robert C. Haarde, 1,230 votes
  • WINNER: Leonard A. Simon, 1,044 votes
  • Brian Semple, 459 votes

  • WINNER: Richard C. Williamson, 901 votes
  • WINNER: Mara L. Huston, 935 votes
  • Paul Griffin, 662 votes
  • Jeffrey Paul Winn, 405 votes

Sudbury School Committee:

  • WINNER: Richard J. Tinsley, 809 votes
  • Nell L. Forgacs, 479 votes
  • Siobhan Condo Hullinger, 380 votes

Goodnow Library Trustree (Vote for 2):

  • WINNER: Alan L. Gordon, 768 votes
  • WINNER: Susan H. Johnson, 959 votes

Planning Board:
