“The session will be rather unstructured, with anyone who wishes having an opportunity to speak, discuss with others present, or ask questions of the moderator,” said Berry in an announcement. “Comments concerning the Special Town Meeting, and in particular the use of graphics at the just completed meeting, will be especially welcome. This is the first time that all motions were put on the screen. Was it helpful or distracting? Is there something that could be done to improve the visibility or usability of the display?”
Also, any general comments regarding town meeting, suggestions of how to make it more efficient, or how motions could be better handled will also be welcomed and discussed.
Anyone who cannot make the meeting is encouraged to send any town meeting comments, suggestions or criticisms to Dennis Berry at 15 George Street, Wayland.
