Thanksgiving Drive for Cradles to Crayons is On

The family camp Sewataro in Sudbury is once again hosting its drive for the annual Cradles to Crayons effort.

“As the season of giving thanks approaches, we find ourselves wanting to lend a hand to those in need,” organizers posted on the camp’s website. “This summer, the 2014 CITs traveled to Cradles to Crayons for the third summer to volunteer for this wonderful organization and we will continue this partnership for our fall drive.”

Cradles to Crayons, founded in 2002, focuses on a mission to provide school aged children the “basics” in life such as clothing, toys, school supplies and more.

Camp Sewataro holds its Thanksgiving drive for these items, and is collecting them through Nov. 21.
