Village at Sudbury Station Permit Approved, With Conditions
The plans for Sudbury Station got the go-ahead from the Zoning Board of Appeals.

SUDBURY, MA—The Sudbury Board of Appeals voted to approve the application for a comprehensive permit for the Village at Sudbury Station, the town announced this week.
Developers sought approval for the 40 acre site, 11 acres of it for development of ten buildings that would house 250 rental units at 24 Hudson Road.
As per the conditions, the board approved 30 rental units with a maximum of 63 bedrooms. Twenty-five units are to be reserved for low to moderate income families.
