I am writing to endorse Cara Endyke-Doran for re-election to the Lincoln-Sudbury School Committee.

Cara leads with grace and commitment. In her first term on the LS School Committee, Cara stepped up and took on the role of Chair. As Chair, she has shown steady leadership and a dedication to our school. She listens to all sides of an issue and makes thoughtful decisions that prioritize the needs of our diverse student body.

Cara takes action. She gets things done on the LS School Committee. Recognizing the need to ensure the continuity of learning at the onset of the pandemic, Cara led the COVID-19 testing subcommittee. Through her strong advocacy, LS was one of the first schools in the State to offer COVID-19 testing to all its students and staff. As Chair, she values community input and regularly communicates to our community. I have appreciated updates from her on the work the Committee is doing and where they are looking to improve.

Cara understands LS and the needs of our community. She is a mother of two current LS students as well as two recent LS graduates. Because of that, she has knowledge of what is happening at LS and understands what is needed from LS to prepare our students for their post high school career.
