8th Annual Swampscott Fishing Tournament Set For Sunday
The Swampscott Yacht Club event will benefit the American Cancer Society.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — The 8th annual Dennis Muise Flouder & Skate Fishing Derby to benefit the American Cancer Society will be Sunday at the Swampscott Yacht Club.
This year's tournament was moved to Sunday because of expected rain on Saturday.
The entry fee for adults is $15 with children 12 and under free. A $5 donation from every paid entry fee will be given to the American Cancer Society. There will be an adult division and a kids (12 and under) division.

The tournament runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with registration at 9 a.m. and weigh-in beginning at 2:15 p.m.
An awards ceremony will follow with hot dogs, chips and soft drinks served.
