Bags of Bird Seed Stolen from Outside Whole Foods

Plus, drunk people throwing bottles and an OUI arrest.

At 12:19 a.m., following a motor vehicle stop, police arrested Wayne Davis, 68, of Marblehead. Davis was charged with OUI liquor.

At 1:15 a.m., two drunk individuals were throwing bottles on Humphrey Street. Police had the individuals clean up the debris.

At 1:41 a.m., a loud party was asked to move inside.

At 8:27 a.m., bags of bird seed were stolen from outside Whole Foods. A witness saw a suspect leave in a silver SUV.

At 2:37 p.m., threats were reported at the VFW.

At 2:44 p.m., a sinkhole was reported on Ellis Terrace.

At 7:06 p.m., a man reported a few squirrels were running around his home.

At 9:23 p.m., possible fireworks were reported.

At 9:31 p.m., a caller reported a loud party that had been going on all day. The individuals agreed to take it inside.
