The town of Swampscott will hold a Dog Party at Phillips Beach on Sunday, May 19 from noon to 2 p.m. to mark the last weekend dogs are allowed on the beach. There will be some information booths set up with SPOT to give us an update on the dog park, Petco and Swampscotts Dog Officer as well as free give a ways for the dogs. For additional information call the Recreation Department at 781-596-8854.
