Family Fitness Expo this Sunday - Everyone's Welcome!

You'll be home in time for Tom Brady and the Pats! Start your Sunday at the JCC's Family Fitness Expo. Try our smorgasbord of fitness classes and activities. FREE and open to all!

Bring the family to the JCC's Fitness Expo this Sunday, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 12:00pm-2:00pm. Tour our Fitness Stations and try a little Spinning, Zumba, BodyPump, Piloxing and more. Meet and test drive our Personal Trainers, then relax with Yoga.

The kids will love our mini classes of Zumbatomic, Drums Alive and Urban Rebounders. There will be lots of fun dancing and games, too.
