Swampscott Farmer's Market Day with Swampscott Fire Department

The Swampscott Farmers' Market will host the Swampscott Fire Department Sunday July 29. Plan to see: peaches, corn, tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries, squash, cucumbers, herbs and lettuces.

The Swampscott Fire Department will be showing off their trucks and equipment at the Swampscott Farmers’ Market,

Sunday, July 29th, 10am – 1pm


Come on out this Sunday and join us for the Swampscott Farmers' Market, 10am – 1pm, 200 Essex Street at the Swampscott High School! Lots of fabulous goodies to browse and buy! It's fun to meet friends there, listen to our live musicians, grab a delicious home made muffin from “Cakes by Austin” (our own Austin Sagan) or a home made orange cranberry scone or zucchini bread from Salem's “Sweet Adeline’s”.

The Swampscott Farmers’ Market will host a special day this Sunday July 29th  in the Farmers’ Market parking lot.  Bring your kids for a meet and greet as the Swampscott Fire Department will be on hand too to show off their fire trucks and equipment and share stories with the kids.   On August 5th keep your calendars open as we will have Whole Foods at the Farmers’ Market conducting a cooking demonstration.

Produce update:

Its mid summer and the produce is pouring in ...We had a fantastic Sunday this past weekend; kids enjoyed free face painting and the weather was perfect to stroll the market while planning for the weeks menu ahead.

This week you can expect our farmers to have a beautiful selection of peaches, corn, tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries, and a wide variety of squash, cucumbers, herbs and lettuces. Cherry Street Fish Company continues to bring the best our local waters have to offer, along with beef, lamb and more from John Crow Farms, fresh guacamole made right in front of you, salsa of varying types, spicy pickles, croutons and salad dressings, flowers, crafts and much more.
