Caller Reports Neighbor's Dog Loose, Door Open and No One Around

At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported low-hanging wires near his house.

At 10:47 a.m., a man reported that he was walking his dog when he found his neighbor’s dog running loose. The neighbor’s door was open, but there was no one home and no car in the driveway.

At 8:19 p.m., a call came in that Walgreen’s employees were watching a shoplifter.
