If you are interested in coaching or managing a baseball or softball team this year, please follow below before March 8:

c.    Whether you would like to manage or coach
d.    League you would like to coach/manage
e.    Team you coached last year (if applicable)
f.    Coaching experience, if any
g.    IF YOU DID NOT COMPLETE ONE LAST YEAR:MUST COMPLETE THE CORI & COACHES APPLICATION (link below) & INCLUDE COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE (email to mdp_5754@yahoo.com or fax to 617-850-8491)

*All coaches and managers will be required to attend a mandatory coaching clinic and safety meeting before the start of the season.
