Coping with Loss; One-time workshops at Family Doctors

Care Dimensions, formerly Hospice of the North Shore, will present Coping with Grief & Loss - One-Time workshops at Family Doctors in Swampscott. Each 90 minute workshop will take place on February 24, March 16 and April 13 from 10:30am to noon at the Family Doctor’s Office at 250 Paradise Road, Swampscott. These workshops are open to anyone in the community grieving a loss and will offer information on the many feelings and facets of grief, coping skills and support for those on their grief journey.
