Former Patient Left 'Disturbing Message' at Office

At 9:10 a.m., a former patient was reported for leaving a “disturbing message” on the office voicemail.

At 1:36 p.m., a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of Isaias Roman, 24, of Salem. The suspect was charged to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation.

At 2:28 p.m., a caller reported a panhandler soliciting cars at Mall Access Road and Paradise Road.
