Grown Ups 2 Actor Has Built Loyal Fan Following

Ask star watchers outside movie sets who they want to see the most and, if they are female, chances are the answer is Alexander Ludwig.

Take star watcher Julie Russell, for instance, a regular at movie sets.

"Alexander is actually the reason I go to set," she said. "He is honestly the nicest and sweetest guy. He is the only actor on this movie that has stopped every single day for us, even two times a day just to come and say hi."

Julie goes on to say that "when he leaves set for good next week, I'm going to be devasted."

Since the start of filming Ludwig has been among the most accommodating of the stars, consistently posing for pictures and putting an arm around his fans.

In the movie, due for release in July 2013, Ludwig will play the son of the David Spade character, Marcus Higgins. 

Ludwig, 19, was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, in Canada.

His previous roles include a major part in Race to Witch Mountain, and, recently, Cato in The Hunger Games.

The 19-year-old Ludwig lives in Los Angeles and is a theatre major at the University of Southern California, according to Wikipedia.
