First Church In Swampscott Holds International Food Fair on 3/8/25

Swampscott church brings back event for the 37th time, to benefit Habitat for Humanity

The 37th Annual International Food Fair returns (after a COVID era hiatus) to The First Church on Saturday, March 8th, 2025 from 11 am to 2:00 pm. All proceeds from the event benefit Habitat for Humanity. The First Church in Swampscott was the first church to covenant with the Essex County Habitat for Humanity affiliate. We take this commitment very seriously and with a great deal of pride.

Funds raised at this event will help build much needed homes, both in Essex County and internationally. Two-thirds of the proceeds of this fair will go to Habitat for Humanity-Essex County and one-third of the proceeds will go to Habitat for Humanity-International. There are some very interesting projects ongoing in Peabody, Danvers, Salem, and Lynn.

The Food Fair has long been a highly anticipated and exciting event in the life of this community. We are thrilled to bring it back after our last offering in February 2020. We delight in the opportunity to come together each year for this dynamic event, and we have MISSED it these last four years. We relish the opportunity to meet some of the local Habitat homeowners, and those who staff this wonderful organization through the Essex County affiliate.
