'JAWS' Screening Set For Swampscott's Fisherman's Beach
The classic summer thriller will be shown on an LED screen on the shores of the ocean on Monday night.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — It will be cheers to swimming with bow-legged women on Swampscott's Fisherman's Beach Monday night as the recreation department hosts a screening of the classic summer thriller "JAWS" on Monday night.
The first movie night on the beach will be shown on a brand new LED movie screen.
The movie starts at 7 p.m. with a running time of 2 hours, 4 minutes. Those planning to watch the movie are advised to bring their chairs, blankets and towels to enjoy the movie in the sand.

Chick Chick Food Cart will be at the beach selling food.
The movie is rated PG but — as most people know or would expect — it does contain violent scenes.

Due to the nature of this event, the fire department will not be issuing beach fire permits for Monday night.
