This week is no exception as they bring back renowned night club singer and Las Vegas entertainer, Johnny Ray. “I am very excited to be coming back to Marblehead,” said Johnny, “this is where I lived and worked when I first formed the band and it’s going to be a blast seeing so many old friends.” Mr. Ray has put together an ALL STAR band for the occasion featuring headline musicians who tour with other major acts. The band will feature, Dave Robicheau on guitar who has been the guitar player for David Cassidy for many years up until his recent passing. Rounding out the band will be Steve Carter on drums, coming off a tour with “DOA”, the #1 Bon Jovi Tribute Band in America, and the “cherry on top” will be world renowned saxophonist, Chuck Langford. Johnny Ray added, “I know it looks like I’ve purposely put together an impressive line up of great players but the truth is we are all friends who are former or current members of The Johnny Ray Band that have been playing together for many years and I just got lucky that everyone was going to be in the Boston area on the same night.”
