The Johnny Ray Band at Wick's in Marblehead

The Johnny Ray Band returns to Wick's at Warwick Place

The Johnny Ray Band will be rocking Wick's in Marblehead this Friday April 27. The band will feature Dave Robicheau on guitar from The David Cassidy Band, as well as, Chuck Langford on saxophone, Kevin T. Norris on bass guitar, Mark Rasmussen on keyboards, and "Chicago" Steve Carter on drums. This will be the bands final nightclub appearance of the season before Johnny heads to Cape Cod to sing and host at Bocce Italian Grill in Wellfleet for the summer. Johnny promises to sing all the big hits that put the band on the map and made them one of the most popular north shore cover bands of all time. Elvis's Presley's "Suspicious Minds", Tom Jones's "It's not unusual", Sam and Dave's "Soul Man", are but a few of the soulful standards and classic hits that will start the show. To be followed by such classic rockers as, "Road House Blues", "Honky Tonk Woman" and "Two Tickets to Paradise". Don't be surprised if the band sneaks in a little Johnny Cash and some home grown funk by the end of the night too! Show time is 8:30 PM and it's always a good idea to come early for the great food, drinks, and not to mention, a good seat at the bar. Wick's at Warwick Place, 123 Pleasant Street Marblehead, MA 01945. phone: (781) 476-2076 email: info@warwick-place.com.
