Longtime Swampscott School Committee Member Dies
Richard Feinberg was "an impassioned advocate for students," Swampscott Public Schools said.
SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Richard Feinberg, a longtime Swampscott School Committee member, has died. Swampscott Public Schools said Feinberg was "an impassioned advocate for students."
Feinberg taught at Chelsea High and Northeast Regional in Wakefield.
