Lynn Man Charged with Assault and Battery on Ambulance Personnel

At 8:05 a.m., a building manager reported that the condo association owner had been making threats.

At 9:46 a.m., a wire was down on Ryan Place.

At 9:55 a.m., a woman reported that individuals in a white van had been going through her recyclables. The people in the van said they were working for the town.

At 12:39 p.m., police arrested Benjamin Colarusso, 50, of Lynn. Colarusso was originally placed in protective custody, but was later arrested and charged with assault and battery on ambulance personnel, threat to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

At 5:39 p.m., a motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.
