At 12:18 a.m., Salem Police notified Swampscott of a possible drunk operator heading into town.

At 1:53 a.m., an open door at the VFW was discovered and secured.

At 4:01 a.m., a loud neighbor returning home was reported.

At 7:08 a.m., a caller reported “exceptionally loud” construction vehicles on Essex Street.

At 11:39 a.m., a moped operator was stopped for failure to wear eye protection. During the stop, it was discovered the operator had a suspended license and was issued a criminal summons for operating on a suspended license.

At 2:25 p.m., the harbormaster reported that kids were swimming off Fisherman’s Beach West pier after being told they couldn’t swim there.

At 10:54 p.m., a caller reported the rear windshield of their motor vehicle had been shattered by a rock.
