Morning Run.... Better with Peer Motivation

Great workout this morning with the group, we ran 2.07 miles. But we didn't just run. Wildwood Light poles were great markers for Lunges, Sprints, Side Shuffles, Backwards run, and power skips. The ability to push yourself beyond the point that your body is telling you stop is the power to control your results. Keep pushing...
