At 7:50 p.m., a woman reported a large turtle had become stuck in her backyard.
At 9:56 p.m., a caller reported a black SUV was parked in the driveway of an empty house and the caller could see a flashlight in the residence.
At 10:20 p.m., a caller reported fireworks being shot in the area.
At 11:32 p.m., police arrested Angel Rivas, 25, of Lynn, following a motor vehicle stop. Rivas was charged with operating on a suspended license, not having a license in possession and possession of a Class E drug.
